Early Life and Background

Arooj, born to Kuttan and Usha in Kottoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, was introduced to martial arts at a tender age and has dedicated himself to mastering diverse forms ever since.

Arooj has been practicing Kung Fu and Yoga for over ten years under the guidance of the Kungfu-Yoga Federation of Kerala, with Grand Masters M. G. Dileep and V. N. Vijayan. His primary instructor is Binu Kumar. Arooj holds several black belts across different martial arts disciplines, including:
