Pargat Ghumaan was born on November 28, 1983, in Dirba, Punjab. He is the son of Sh. Jarnail Ghuman and Smt. Sukhminder Kaur. Ghumaan pursued his higher education in Melbourne, Australia, where he earned several qualifications:
