Early Life and Background

Arooj was born to Kuttan and Usha in Kottoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. His passion for martial arts was kindled at an early age and has driven him to master various martial arts forms.

Martial Arts Training and Career

For over a decade, Arooj has been immersed in the practice of Kung Fu and Yoga, guided by the Kung Fu & Yoga Federation of Kerala under Grand Masters M. G. Dileep and V. N. Vijayan. His primary mentor is Binu Kumar. He has earned several black belts in different martial arts disciplines:
