Dr. Vinod Sharma[1] was born on July 11, 1982, in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. He was raised in an educationally inclined family; his father, Suresh Sharma, was a Deputy Secretary of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), and his mother was a government teacher. Growing up in such an environment, Dr. Sharma developed a deep appreciation for education and public service from an early age.[2]
Education
Dr. Sharma’s educational journey began with traditional Indian studies. He completed his Shastri in Yajurveda from Jagatguru Ramanandacharya Sanskrit University, Rajasthan, in 2003. Continuing his academic pursuits, he earned an Acharya degree in Jyotish from the same university in 2006. His commitment to education led him to obtain a Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.) from Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Delhi. To further his understanding of human behavior and mental processes, he pursued an M.A. in Psychology. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Corporate Training and several honorary doctorates from prestigious institutions, including the World Record University in the UK.[3][4]

Despite his efforts, Dr. Sharma faced another hurdle when he was diagnosed with color blindness, which disqualified him from military service. Undeterred, he redirected his passion for serving his country towards education. He started teaching in his neighborhood and local schools, where he noticed the positive impact of his teaching methods on students' academic performance.
